Happy Turkey Day!

Anthony had to work today, so we made the best of it! Anthony's mom came down last night and we stayed up fixing a big meal for today. I bailed out around 10, but she stayed up late working on her masterpiece :) We woke up this morning to the smell of turkey cooking in my oven!! That's never happened in this house before, so that was special! We had our big Thanksgiving meal this afternoon before Anthony left for work. The weather was so nice outside so Levi, Nana and I all went for a walk down to the park.

I think tomorrow I am going to go Black Friday shopping, but I'm not going at 4 a.m.! Anthony is going to watch Levi for me so that way I can get in and get out....people are crazy and Black Friday is the only day that having a cute baby won't get you any extra perks! We'll see how it goes.

Levi loved the turkey, green bean casserole and the chocolate cheesecake the best! I can't remember if I wrote on here or not that a few nights ago he ate an entire coneydog!!! And that was just part of his meal....I think he also had macaroni, green beans and applesauce...no joke, I think his plate was just as full as mine was. Man....if anyone ever needs gift ideas for me, how about a gift card to the grocery store! haha!!

THANKS!!!!

Thanks everyone for your comments and letting me know that there's people reading this!! That was the most comments I've ever gotten, geesh!!! :)

Anthony snapped this picture of Levi today..he loves the fridge and if he knew how, I'm sure he'd take the lids off of everything and go to town eating everything in sight! Thank goodness he hasn't figured that out yet! He is walking all over the place. He still loves his walker and has become dangerous with that thing. I'm serious when I say, you better get out of his way when he comes through, or he WILL run you over!!! It makes me laugh so hard when he does this. His favorite is when we take his clothes off right before his bath time and he runs and laughs all over the place...it's a hoot! We are getting ready for Thanksgiving and then for Levi's 1st Birthday. It's been fun to shop for him, but I have to set limits or else I would buy everything in the store!

These past few days have been super busy...we have been decorating for Christmas...we have done a little shopping....and Anthony got our Griswold house decorated with all the lights and has once again added more this year. Okay, you know that you have a lot of lights when you can't turn on your living room lamp and the TV at the same time or else you will blow a fuse! Ridiculous isn't it??!??

I better get going....Levi just fell asleep so it's time for me to go get some more things done! Here's a few more pictures...Levi loves the Christmas tree!!!

Until that happens...I'm gonna keep on decorating my house for Christmas and listen to my Christmas music!! :) Oh yes, and maybe get ready for my little boy to turn one in 2 weeks! AHHHHHH!!!!!

Feliz NaviDAD!

Levi and I went today to do some Christmas shopping. It's a fairly normal thing for him to talk, scream, yell, kick, laugh or whatever else while riding in his carseat. So today I didn't think too much of it when he was yelling Dad, Dadda, Daaaaaaa, Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad, Dadddddddddaaaaaaaaaaa in the backseat. However, once I realized that the song on the radio was that Spanish Christmas song, Feliz Navidad, I understood that Levi thought someone was singing about his Dad!!!!

Our First UK Football game!

Anthony and I went to our first UK Football game this past Saturday and it was AWESOME!!! They played #14 (I think) Georgia and it was as good of a game you could ask for....except for the fact UK lost in the last minute. Thanks Grandma Gheen for coming all the way from Ohio to watch Levi and thanks to Ken and Amanda for the awesome seats!! We sat in the endzone which was really cool :)

It's been chilly out these past few days and all 3 of us have had colds...so we bundled up and went outside yesterday evening! It was great to get out of the house!

Family Portrait

These are the professional pictures we got taken while up at my parents. I don't have digital prints of them, so I took pictures of them with my camera.....the reason why they aren't the clearest. It's better than nothing though and you kind of get the idea! You have to have a lot of will power when you go into these places....they get so many good shots, but of course you have to buy a whole sheet of something to get the different shots. There were many more I wanted to get, but obviously couldn't. Thanks mom for helping us out with these:)
