Change of Plans!

So on my last blog I wrote about how this weekend was going to be full of fun and lots of stuff going on....little did I know just the excitment that it would entail! To start things off, on Friday our neighbor went into labor (3 weeks early) and later that evening she had her baby...little Caroline! Also on Friday, in the morning Levi got really sick, running a high fever and sore throat and throwing up. We thought we were going to have to cancel our date night out to Big Blue Madness and stay home. Thankfully we still made it...but not after a stressful day with him!! Our friends who were supposed to have the bonfire on Saturday had to cancel because the dad was admitted to the hospital for some health problems. And then we didn't get to make church on Sunday or the fun day at Boyd's Orchards since Levi was still getting over his sickness. HOWEVER, we still managed to have a fun weekend with my mom here to help :) Despite the Buckeyes losing their #1 ranking....the Wildcat victory over Spurrier's Gamecocks almost made me forget about it for a while! So now it's Monday afternoon and it's back to the normal schedual for a little while. I will do my best in the next few days to post some pictures from our weekend!
First off, here's some pictures from Big Blue Madness! We were lucky to get tickets..they sold out in person I think in 2 hours (I think all of those people were the crazy ones lined up for days camping out in tents) and in 20 minutes on-line. That's how we got ours. So yes, we sat way up at the top- but the atmosphere was still great! Afterwards we ran into Anthony's college room-mate, our freind Scott who lives here too and he told us that he had 2 extra seats right next to him...like 10 rows up!!! We were so mad!!!! Oh-well...it was still a fun time!

The guest DJ was from the Washington Wizards- new home of John Wall. He did a great job doing introductions of all the new players.

Lots of new faces on the UK team this year...#1 recruiting class again!

The guy in the white warm-up is Enis Kanter...Anthony's favorite player (if he is declared eligible by the NCAA) We are still waiting for them to make their decision.

Us afterwards...we stayed around for a little while afterwards to see if any of the players would come back out, but they never did. We did run into Josh Harrelson outside of Rupp on our way back to the truck.

I have some more pictures...but it's taking too long to load them on here today...so this will have to do for now!
